Villa Poésie is nestled in the sun-drenched hills of Domaine Jòlibois, renowned for its ECOCERT- and PDO-certified olive oil, bathed in the abundant natural light of the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence. The owners took over the estate - originally a former farmhouse dating back to the 1960s - to revive an abandoned olive grove and produce their own olive oil.
