Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, originally built in 1870 as a private mansion, became a luxury hotel in 1887 and quickly gained fame as a glamorous retreat for artists, writers, and Hollywood stars. Immortalized by F. Scott Fitzgerald, it has long been a symbol of Riviera elegance and a favorite hideaway during the Cannes Film Festival. Today, it continues to captivate with its timeless charm and celebrity allure.

Recently renovated from top to bottom, the historic villa is located across the road from Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, offering intimacy and discretion surrounded by private Italian gardens, vast terraces, one of them boasts a barbecue, and a swimming pool.

  • Villa Eleana

    Set at a discrete distance from the hotel, Villa Eleana accommodates up to 7 guests in its 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Decorated with vibrant interiors and a contemporary feel, the villa's indoor spaces include a large living/dining room and a fully equipped, eat-in chef's kitchen. A top-level terrace is accessible from the bedrooms while the home opens onto an expansive pool terrace at the garden level, surrounded by citrus trees and direct views over the Mediterranean.
